Beyond Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Training
Our equity, diversity and inclusion training program goes beyond the surface of boosting participants' awareness about the different types of diversity and appreciating differences amongst co-workers. Through African Indigenous ways of knowing, the human spirit is able to engage with that which is true to itself. At the end of this program, the workplace enjoys the provision of knowledge and strategies to enhance employees' interpersonal and communication skills across diversity to help build a positive work environment. This program prepares employees who are culturally competent, have a solid background in historically marginalized or historically underrepresented groups, are able to work as allies and seek to be better human beings.
Beyond the EDI training, this is a Personal and Professional Development program that will benefit the individual and the workplace. If harmony in the workplace is the goal, please do call us.
Community engagement and outreach
We provide expertise and knowledge to enable the successful, effective and efficient implementation of projects for the African Cultural communities. For the creative arts, we provide consultation to allow the accurate and honourable theoretical/practical representation of the African Indigenous culture in African films/movies and theatre productions. This enable these projects to promote African Indigenous cultural activities for educational and community development purposes.
Curriculum development
This service supports any institution interested in introducing into its school, college, or university's curriculum, African Indigenous Education.
Evaluation research
On behalf of your organization to arrive at an assessment/appraisal of the organization's cultural projects, activities, practices, programs, or systems to provide useful information in decision making.
